Our culture's superhero has been transformed as my golem series has emerged, from being the rescuer to the tool of rescue created and weilded by a golem-maker (my real hero). Those couple of teenage kids from Cleveland, Jerry Seigel and Joe Shuster come to mind, the real heroes of their Superman creation -- truly they changed the world. -Lawrence Strauss
